The focus of this program is to have a platform where policy discussion can take place with different stakeholders on issues relating to development. This program analyzes the different development challenges in the Caribbean and how this will impact Suriname. The program aims to influence and give policy recommendations to different stakeholders and the government of Suriname. The leadership program focuses on the following thematic areas: Governance and Socio-economic development, Sustainable Development, and Climate challenges.
